Can my number get blocked?

We do not use unofficial methods: only the official WhatsApp Business API, which is the way Meta allows.

Can I keep using my normal WhatsApp?

The bot's number has to be on the API. The usual approach is to use a new number or move the business one; we look at it in the consultation.

What if the bot does not know the answer?

It hands the conversation over to you with everything said so far, and the client knows a person will reply.

How much does WhatsApp cost?

Replying to clients who write to you is usually free. Messages you start, such as reminders, are charged by Meta per message at its current rate. We work it out for you in the proposal.

Why Telegram?

It is free, needs no verification and is ideal for your team's alerts. It also works for clients who prefer it.

How much does the bot cost?

It depends on what it has to do: only answer, or also book, take payments and connect to your tools. After the consultation you receive a proposal with scope and timings.
