Do you build websites or only automation?
Both. We design and develop websites, and we also automate what sits behind them: client enquiries, bookings, WhatsApp and Telegram bots, integrations between your tools and custom systems.
Do I have to change the tools I already use?
No. We connect the tools you already have (CRM, email, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Holded, Shopify, Stripe) instead of making you move to others.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope. After the free consultation we send you a written proposal with scope, timings and price.
How long does it take?
Every proposal includes specific timings for each phase. During development you see the progress as it happens.
How long does it take to launch a WhatsApp bot?
It depends mostly on Meta: we use the official WhatsApp Business API, which requires verifying your company (usually from a few days to two weeks). In the meantime we prepare the bot. On Telegram it can be launched in a few days.
What happens when the project is finished?
You can stay with us: with the maintenance plan we watch the system and fix faults, and we extend it, with a quote, when your operation changes.
Can I start with something small?
Yes. Many clients start with a single automation or a simple website and extend later.
What do I need to prepare before starting?
Nothing special. In the consultation you tell us how you work today and which tools you use. If you have examples to hand (a spreadsheet, typical emails, logins), even better, but it is not essential.
