Frequently asked questions

Can I hire it if you did not build the website?

Yes. First we do an initial review to see how it is built and what should be fixed before starting.

How do I ask for a change?

By email. We tell you when it will be ready and let you know when it is done.

What if something fails at night or at the weekend?

The monitoring is automatic and alerts us when something fails. We deal with it during our working hours, Monday to Friday.

Do the logins stay mine?

Yes. Domain, hosting and accounts are in your name. If you leave one day, you lose nothing.

What if I ask for something the fee does not cover?

We send you a quote before starting. Nothing is done or charged that you have not approved.

How much does it cost?

A fixed monthly fee depending on the size of your website and how many automations and bots we look after. After the initial review you receive a proposal.
