Information about the processing of your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD. Before filling in any form on this site, we recommend reading this document: which data we collect, what we use it for and which rights you can exercise over it. This is a translation for your convenience; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

For what purpose do we process your data?

At FELTECT we process the personal data you give us through our contact forms in order to:

  • Deal with your enquiries and requests for information about our services.
  • Manage the contractual relationship if you become a client.
  • Comply with the legal obligations that apply to us.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep the data for as long as the contractual relationship lasts or, if it is never formalised, for the time needed to deal with your request. After that, we keep it for the applicable statutory limitation periods.

What is the legal basis for the processing?

  • Performance of a contract: when you are a client of FELTECT.
  • Consent: the consent you give us when filling in our forms and, where applicable, when accepting analytics cookies.
  • Legitimate interest: to answer your enquiries and improve our services.

Minimum age

To send us your data through the forms on this site you must be at least 14 years old. If you are under that age, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

Who receives your data?

Your data is not passed to third parties, except where required by law. It may be processed by service providers (web hosting, email delivery, management tools) acting as data processors, always under a contract in accordance with article 28 of the GDPR.

Specifically, the website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also receives and stores the requests sent through the contact form, and the notice of each request reaches our Google email. Netlify is based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Netlify is certified, and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) receives browsing data, such as the pages visited, the type of device and the approximate location, to produce usage statistics for the site. Google may transfer it to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the same EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More details in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as withdraw your consent where the processing is based on it. To do so, write to us at info@feltect.com stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with current regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Security

We apply the technical and organisational measures needed to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal data, preventing its alteration, loss or unauthorised access.
